Executive authorities, subordinate to the Moscow City Deputy Mayor in the Moscow City Government, the Moscow City Mayor’s plenipotentiary representative in the Moscow City Duma

The department of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow, the authorized representative of the Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Municipal Duma is the structural division of the Governmental body of Moscow. The department fulfils the duties assigned to it under the supervision of the head of the Governmental body of Moscow and the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow, the authorized representative of the mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Municipal Duma and is headed by the Head of the Department. The department carries out interaction with other structural divisions of Governmental body of Moscow, public authorities, including with the Moscow municipal duma and the Moscow City Election Committee, and also with local governments, organizations and citizens.

Organizational maintenance of activity of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, maintenance of performance of decrees, orders and commissions of the Mayor of Moscow, decisions and orders of the Government of Moscow, commissions of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, the monitoring system organization behind their performance are within the powers of this department. It also concerns the preparation of organization together with other structural divisions of Governmental body of Moscow and representation to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow of the materials necessary for the sessions of the Government of Moscow, and also other analytical, help materials to reports and performances of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow.

The division assists in performance of actions on coordination and interaction of structural divisions of Governmental body of Moscow with territorial executive authorities, local governments in city districts of Moscow, the Moscow Municipal Duma and other kinds of activity according to Provision on the department of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow, the authorized representative of the Mayor of Moscow.
